The design of 4Connect STAGE3 RCA cables has used carefully considered solutions and the best materials to create a top-quality RCA cable.
STAGE3 cables use thicker tinned OFC conductors (T-OFC). The conductor cross-section is 0.5mm2, which is significantly larger than an RCA cable. The cables also have one extra conductor, which allows for significantly better interference immunity. The structure is a triple-shielded, very tightly twisted Twisted Pair structure that eliminates interference. The conductors are surrounded by a double foil layer that removes induced interference from the cable, as well as a double layer of fiber, familiar from high-voltage cables.
This structure has achieved incredibly good interference immunity, which is particularly important for vehicle use to deliver an interference-free signal.
The connectors are insulated with high-insulation HDPE plastic and have a molded counter cone as a strain relief. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested in quality control to ensure a secure and tight contact.
