4Connect STAGE2 RCA cables have been designed with carefully considered solutions to achieve the best results.
STAGE2 cables use thicker tinned OFC conductors (T-OFC) than usual. The cables also have one extra conductor, which allows for significantly better interference immunity. The structure is a triple-shielded, very tightly twisted Twisted Pair structure that eliminates interference. The conductors are surrounded by a foil layer that removes induced interference from the cable and the insulation familiar from high-voltage cables, which has a significant effect on the transmission of the line signal.
This structure has achieved incredibly good interference immunity, which is particularly important for vehicle use to deliver an interference-free signal.
The insulation of the connectors is made of high-insulation HDPE plastic and a counter cone is molded inside the connector as a strain relief. Each BHMC connector is tensile tested in quality control to ensure safe and tight contact.
The cable also has a separate conductor that can be used as an excitation cable or grounded to help eliminate interference.
