DD Audio’s 9500 series drivers are the kind of drivers that other manufacturers try to copy. But they fail. You can feed these drivers 1000-2000 watts of continuous power and up to 8000 watts of instantaneous power. Multiple lower suspensions, Free Flow cooling, eight-layer voice coils, EROM and V-Rom suspensions and a 28 mm ventilation hole in the center pole ensure that the driver lasts and works and can handle even higher powers without mumbling.
This driver uses the ESP (Evolution Subwoofer Performance) structure, which includes, among other things, larger diameter lower suspensions, a frame with the required depth for the trajectory, and a top suspension and cone structure that differ from normal model series. ESP drivers are built to achieve maximum performance in their size class.
