Built around DD Audio’s revised C-Series component speakers, this upgrade delivers a major improvement in clarity, detail and overall musical quality while retaining a clean, vehicle-specific installation. The 6.5″ midwoofers use a lightweight carbon/glass-fibre composite cone designed for natural vocals, controlled midbass and fast transient response, while the broadband magnesium-aluminium tweeters extend beyond 40kHz for an open, detailed top end.
With a sensitivity of 89.6dB, a 60Hz–40kHz free-air frequency response and up to 150W peak power capability, the C-C6.5C provides a significant step up from the standard PV5 Cargo speakers. Its shallow 43mm midwoofer mounting depth also makes it particularly suitable for space-conscious vehicle installations.
