With the new A-revision of the LE-500 series, the front panels of the enclosures are now made of plywood and the subwoofers have been updated to E-series ones. The element inside this enclosure is 508e-D2.
The width of the enclosure has been narrowed to make it even better suited to tight installation spaces. With the A-revision, the width of the enclosure is only 46 cm (old enclosure 60.9 cm).

The enclosures have a tuning frequency sufficient to play even low frequencies.
The new enclosures have a durable metal protective grille that prevents impacts to the element in the trunk of a car.
On the side of the enclosure there is a well-flowing port and pressure terminals. The enclosures’ tuning frequency: 35Hz.
The enclosures are made of durable 19mm MDF (front panel plywood).
